Red Shirt

This is an older drawing I brought out to do a test with Prismacolor colored pencils in class, today. 
I was very surprised at the results.
I like using colored pencils. Who knew?

11-11-11!!!!!!!!!!!

This was a fun day in Sustained Figure.
We were focusing more on approaching the figure from a tactile sense, rather than an optical sense. Basically, feeling the drawing, rather than objectively capturing what's in front of you. 

Forget proportion for now, just be expressive.
It's more hit and miss, but it SO much more fun!

Zin played different versions of Canon in D, for us to change up our natural drawing rhythm.

This is a 20 minute pose, every 2 minutes was a different version of Over the Rainbow.
One of them being the version we used in Scribble!

Then we all took turns rotating around (every 2 mins), making little changes each other's drawings... and over the course of 20 minutes... this happened:
